Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how the informational website link-pay.in (“we”, “this Site”) treats information when you visit. It does not cover the LinkPay trading application itself; that platform has its own privacy practices once you register and log in.
1. Information We Collect
By default this Site is a static informational resource. We do not require you to create an account to read pages. Standard web server logs may record IP address, browser type, referring URL and pages visited. These logs are used for security, troubleshooting and aggregate traffic statistics. We do not use them to build marketing profiles of individual readers.
If in the future we add a contact form or newsletter signup, we will only collect the fields you voluntarily submit (for example name and email) and will state the purpose next to the form. We will not sell that data to third parties.
2. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Site may use essential cookies required for basic function (for example remembering a mobile menu state) or analytics cookies that help us understand which pages are popular. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect some display features but core content will remain readable.
3. Third-Party Services
When you click Register / Login / Download you leave this Site and enter the LinkPay app environment at the published URL. When you join Telegram you use Telegram’s own service. Their privacy policies apply. We encourage you to review those policies before sharing personal data or payment details.
Embedded fonts, icons or analytics scripts, if any, may load from third-party providers. We select common, reputable providers and limit what is loaded to what is necessary for a fast, clear reading experience.
4. How We Use Information
Server logs and analytics help us keep the Site online, detect abuse and improve structure (for example noticing that User Safety is frequently visited). We do not use Site data to send you unsolicited commercial email. Official announcements about LinkPay are distributed via the Telegram channel, not via this Site’s server.
5. Data Retention
Log data is typically retained for a limited period needed for security and operations, then deleted or anonymised. We do not maintain long-term profiles of casual visitors.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical measures appropriate for a static informational site (HTTPS where configured by the host, restricted server access). No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure; please avoid entering sensitive passwords on unofficial pages.
7. Children’s Privacy
The Site is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted data through a future form, contact us so we can delete it.
8. Your Choices
You can stop using the Site at any time. You can clear cookies and cache in your browser. For questions about data held by the LinkPay application (balances, KYC if any, transaction history), you must contact LinkPay support inside the app or via official Telegram—not through this Site alone.
9. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
10. Contact
Privacy questions about this Site: see Contact. Account privacy inside LinkPay: use in-app Service or official Telegram.
